To Our Valued Clients,

In light of the recent COVID-19 events, we have implemented new protocols and taking all measures necessary to keep the studio safe. The safety of the Artist, guests, and the community is our top priority. We want you to feel safe when entering our studio.

Here are the COVID-19 measures that we have implemented and, in return, for you to follow.

Our Commitment to Keeping You Safe

We have implemented the following protocols to maintain a safe, sanitized, and pleasant environment for clients and staff.

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

PPEs will be worn during services, including masks, gloves, and face shields.

  • Temperature Check

All staff will be required to have a temperature check made prior to the commencement of the service.

  • Cleaning, Disinfecting, and Sterilizing

We will continually do our best practices on cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing after each client with medical grade disinfectant and sterilization to control and prevent the spread of infectious pathogens.

What We Ask of You

In preparation for your appointment, I kindly ask you to please follow these guidelines.

  • Pre-Screening Questionnaire

A pre-screening questionnaire will be sent to your email within 24 hours after scheduling any service.  Please be honest and fill out the form prior to your appointment.

  • Reschedule If Unwell

If you are not feeling well, please stay home and reschedule after 14 days.

  • Limit Personal Items

Please bring only essential items for your visit. All items must be kept inside your bag.

  • No Guests

Please arrive at your appointment alone. No children, family, friends, or pets are allowed.

  • Wear a Mask

Please bring and wear a mask at all times during the entire duration of your appointment. Masks will not be provided here at our studio. If you do not wear a mask, we will require you to reschedule for a later date.

  • Sanitize Your Hands

Upon entering the studio, you will be requested to sanitize your hands.

  • Minimize Talking

Due to the close proximity our service requires, conversations need to be kept to the bare minimum.

If there are any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Keep safe and stay well,
